Shipping

We ship mostly by United Parcel Service. UPS provides additional services of Next Day & Second Day Air delivery if you need product immediately. This is done by request only.

Damages and shortages

All shortages and damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton & packing materials and call your local UPS office for an inspection.

Out of Stocks & Back Orders

At times, we are out of stock of certain items in our catalog. We will try to manufacture the product within a reasonable period of time, and notify you when item will be shipped. Most of the orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of order
